The issues I had closing was not related to Jake's performance. He provided the appropriate level of customer service and communication.. Once the loan was handed over to Yourina Martin was when the issues began. I was lied to 3 times about completion dates of steps required in underwriting to wrap up the loan. It took 46 days for final approval with no explanation. There was 0 communication in regards to the delay unless I initiated. Jake was fine, overall experience was not.

Ryan was great, everything he told me he could are would do he did.Honest and Trustworthy is what he was. Thanks RyanOnce he got me pre qualified he pass me on to the processor but kept me in formed and call time to time to keep me updated.
