Mark shared great advice and knowledge to both my spouse and I since it was our first Refi. Closing in 3 weeks was too good to be true but we took the gamble. We ended up paying late fee on our mortgage but Mark being the professional, split the bill with us. His assistant Trevor Weinrich could use some business etiquette lessons though. He sent an email to his colleague saying "we were blowing up his email" cause we asked for updates and he forgot that we were cc'd on the email.
