We were working with another person with MoO Mortgage. The day before we closed on our house, Eric called to let us know the person we had been working with was no longer with the company. Eric stepped right in and picked up the pieces and we were still able to close the next day. He handled our case with urgency and kept us and our realtor informed during the transition.
