First, I went with NBKC because Costco recommends them and they had the best rates. Matt contacted me right away and provided all the information I asked for even though I had not yet committed to going with them. If you have never used an "On-line bank" before for a mortgage like me, I was a little hesitant. Matt was able to answer all of my questions and made the whole process as easy as possible.
