Doug was easy to talk to, prompt at returning calls, and helped guide us through a stressful protocol of seemingly endless requests by underwriting. I realize the economy is currently unstable, but SHEESH! He kept his cool and talked us off the proverbial ledge. Actually, he seems to be a great guy, very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I would defintely use his services again.

Whitney was fantastic to work with. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and always kept us up to date.
