Jim was top draw from the start. At first I brought him in to shop rates but after working with him I decided to go with Mutual of Omaha for my mortage needs. He was responsive to all my questions, answered every call and always responded in the timeframes he promised. I had many quesitons and he answered them all. I felt a rapport with him which only imporved as we moved through the process. The processing team was also responsive and Jim was there during that part also.

This is typically an excruciating experience with mortgage experts talking down and or talking over us AND then asking for documents multiple times. In contrast, Jim and his team were always professional, appropriate, patient, and kind. Response times were phenomenal. No duplication of sending documents.
