I thought Broc was wonderful, he was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. My issue was with the constant requests for paperwork some of which were redundant. Also, they withheld an additional 3,000 for property taxes when I am not escrowing my taxes. I have always paid my own taxes and I had paid my May taxes early. I am assuming the 3,000 will be used to pay my August and November property taxes or be returned to me. The settlement attorney had no idea why.
