Overall the experience was good, the issues we faced were all seemed to come down to me having to do a good amount of leg work while being on job. It added a bit of unnecessary stress to the situation and the process took much a few months. However the service I received was exemplary. The issues I had seemed to stem from my last refinance with Loanpal during the shutdown. The agents I worked with were top notch, worked quickly to try to get things done, and kept an open line of communication.
