Pays attention to detail, communicates well, and gives you options to move forward. 5 Stars / A+ About LoanPal - if you are refinancing a home loan, they have not quite caught up to 21st century online payments. I haven't had a checkbook for 15 years...so mailing in a coupon with a cashier's check was a minor inconvenience. 4.5 Stars / Great to work with
