I was pleased with the fact that Loan Pal delivered the service that I asked for. If anything the policies of Loan Pals Quality control should be used as a guideline for other companies. The Underwriters in most companies create the negative image that comes from this part of the process. My Loan officer made sure that all processes were keeepping focus on the needed info which kept the process flowing. I would encourage others to Use Loan Pal with confidence.
