Justin worked around the clock for me. I am a few time zones away and it never made a difference. I was always kept in the loop with what was going on and never felt like I couldn't ask them questions. I also got the lowest interest rate with LoanPal than I would have with the 4 other lenders I talked to.

I shopped around a lot for mortgages, and Broc was by far the best at communicating. He was straight forward, not overbearing and super clear about how thing everything worked and the costs associated with re-finance. The whole processes was really smooth and Broc was always helpful.
