Overall the people I dealt with at Loan Pal were helpful, patient and knowledgeable. My refi went through smoothly. A prior refi attempt via "Rocket Mortgage" did not get approved. My slant on that experience was that they use their own appraiser—as opposed to a local appraiser—and he was not knowledgeable with regards to home values in my area.

Justin was the only person that would even call us back. We had a complicated multi property process that at one point seemed dead. Justin rolled up his sleeves, made huge changes and presented us an option that worked. Monique processed everything and held it all together when again we thought it was dead. A+ 5star crew.
