The constant communication from Mike every step of the way and the fact he answers his phone be it calling his office or his cell phone. He doesn’t hide behind voicemail like so many others. He works for you from application to close he is there with you every step of the process. He’s my new mortgage guy and I’m sharing his contact with everyone I know! I refinanced my home mortgage with cash out Mutual of Omaha. My agents were easy to follow in this process. They assisted each other very well and made my experience rewarding. Working with Joe was extremely pleasant. He provided us with informative and knowledgeable information which made the loan process easy. Joe always answered every phone call.
