Loan was sold before first payment was due, got notice AFTER first payment was mailed. Payment hasn’t been posted with new company though mailed 3 weeks before due date. Received over a half dozen mailings for mortgage/life insurance, variety of “official” envelope types with verbiage Mutual of Omaha has been trying to reach me. Lender selling info so clients get bombarded with solicitations is not what Costco intends from their leads in sure. Dealing with Joe was ok.
