Michael and Ed Weinstein did a great job of working thru a locked rate expiration (delayed due to appraisal completion) and helped me lock the rate again (actually got a better rate!) in a timely fashion.

Nothing really. This isn't about Joe, but doing business over the impersonal internet. Joe took care of our situation, answered all questions, and got the job done. No real relationship-building possible. Again, Joe was fine., and I WOULD do business with him again.
