I have been trying to refinance for over a year. I was denied and rejected a few times from other lenders. I am a tough case, but we were able to make it through. Now, instead of owing on a 25 year mortgage, I refinanced to a 15 year mortgage which I can hopefully pay off in 10 years and look forward to saving more money for retirement!
