Brian, was always on top of everything. When I had a question or concern he explaned with the answer. I would call and within 5 or less minutes he was calling me back. Joshua was knowledgeable and not pushy. Gave me information and time to soak it in and think about it. He was personable and understanding. His whole team was a pleasure to work with. My ending upsetting a termi al diagnosis towards the bed of the process and Joshua went out of his way to accommodate and help gather what he could on my behalf because I had to leave the state. When it came time to sign, they sent a notary to me, in the middle of nowhere. The whole process was pretty easy.
