Joshua was knowledgeable and not pushy. Gave me information and time to soak it in and think about it. He was personable and understanding. His whole team was a pleasure to work with. My ending upsetting a termi al diagnosis towards the bed of the process and Joshua went out of his way to accommodate and help gather what he could on my behalf because I had to leave the state. When it came time to sign, they sent a notary to me, in the middle of nowhere. The whole process was pretty easy.
