Jessie and Brian did a good job but it took almost three months to close and I understand it was mostly due to issues with getting an Appraisal set up in our area however, Jake Rice was our Loan Processor up until the week prior to closing and he never called or followed up with with anything. When I would call him for an update half the time I felt we knew more about what was going on than he did.
