I received the loan I applied for on the terms that were expected. Brian Pham and the staff of Sovereign Lending were always courteous and helpful through every step of the way in the loan process. The loan data gathering and documentation methodology was highly automated and efficient. My only criticism was that the underwriting function was slower than it should have been causing delay in finalization and closeout of the loan. Overall, my experience was excellent.
