Although not the loan we started processing (the loan included no fees for California residents), Brian did his best to bring the fees down to a more reasonable amount. Due to living in Washington State, the promotional loan rates did not apply to us, but he did what he could and we settled on a loan that we could be happy with. Brian did a nice job communicating with us on the process, even after the closing. Friendly and attentive. Appreciated his candid approach. Trustworthy.
