Excellent Customer Service The entire mortgage process was easy to navigate through the client portal, keeping up to date on my to do list during the process. My loan officer kept in contact with me during the process and did a wonderful job at explaining things further that I had questions on during the closing process. Complete Process Took Less Than a Month Alexandar and his team did a great job! They were very informative, and coach me through the process. I started talking with Alexandar on January 8th, closed on the loan January 27th, and had the money in my account on February 2nd. Less than a month, very pleased!
