I was told one thing with numbers and then emailed to sign documents with different numbers several times from the team, very stressful. Was asked last minute (the week of closing) to get information I should have known ahead of time to get, which gave me two days tops to gather info while trying to work, pack to move and this was all during the holidays. Just not a very pleasant first time buying experience.

There were a few times throughout the transaction where i was told information would be sent to me and I had to reach back out to actually get it sent. Communication generally could have been improved throughout the process.

MAYBE IT WAS JUST ME. BUT i WAS OVERWHELMED BY THE NUMEROUS AND REDUNDANT EMAILS AND REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION. NOT EVERYONE IS TECH SAAVY AND YOU NEED TO CONSIDER THE AUDIENCE YOU ARE DEALING WITH. OTHER THAN THAT, YOU DID A GOOD JOB.
