There should be another option between Okay & great. We got off to a rough start as it relates to the time it took to get the pre-approval after submitting all of our information. It was literally weeks from the initial application until we had the letter in hand. After the pre-approval, everything was pretty easy. Lauren did a great job of communicating with us and letting us know what to expect. Two business days before the closing, we got a call saying they needed to verify employment from 2019.
