Excellent process from start to finish. This entire process has been so easy, but it was all due to Jenna. She was so knowledgeable, and led me through every step of the way. I really didn't have any questions, because she answered them before I even had to ask. Would definitely do it again and recommend her to my family members.
Patience Patience is key for the elderly and Robert has an abundance. He spent time re educating my husband and I about refinancing a mortgage and teaching us the complex intricacies of using a smart phone, and never made us feel inadequate. Robert is confident, conscientious and knowledgeable about the mortgage process. He is reliable, and caring by making sure we made the right decisions and always available to answer all our questions. He is an asset to the company he represents.

It was like dealing with a close friend. He stayed in touch with me through the whole process. He is very friendly and thorough. I started the refinance on January 4, 2026 and closed on January 13, 2026. It was a real pleasure working with Steven and Royal United. I highly recommend Steven Casal.
