Daniel is the best I have ever worked with!! I was looking to refinance and cash out some of my equity. I received a call from Royal United the evening of December 2nd 2025. I originally talked to Michael Romero and then was connected to Daniel Casal. Both gentlemen were so pleasant and easy to speak with. Daniel listened to what I was looking into doing and presented me with 3 options. Easy to work with…. My experience with Royal United Mortgage, especially with Robert Proctor, has been seamless. If Mr. Proctor said he’d take of something, call you at a certain day/time, be transparent about your loan, then he did just thst. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting my loan processed. He is an asset to this mortgage company.
