Be honestly, I have a great experience with Jackie. The only one complaint I have is the forcing me buy the point to get my original interest rate. And at first place everyone told me there is no extra cost if I wanted to keep my original interest rate due to the countrywide delay. But it turned out I had notice $3000 extra serval days before closing day and I had lost my chance to negotiate with the builder. And pay the point myself.
