The open communication I had with my loan officer Jackie Jackson, The way she (Jackie) went out of her way to make purchasing my 1st home at ease when it was at times frustrating. Jackie communicated/replied to every questions my husband & I had to ask. a lot of times she soothe my mind with her emojji response and put a smile on my face.
