Jackie is extremely competent. She takes care of the things that need to be handled and I never have to wonder if things will be completed on time. She knows the ins and outs of the mortgage process and if a client needs a little extra help she is always ready to guide them to where they need to be to qualify for a home loan. It was all over the text messages and we spoke only once over the call during the process. Josh is so responsive and excellent in his job, everything was perfect, on schedule.
