My husband and I were new to the home buying process and didn’t really know what to expect. Josh took the time to explain everything thoroughly to us and made sure we understood each step along the way. In today’s market, houses were selling extremely fast, so offers had to be made quickly. Josh was always timely on giving us mortgage estimates, regardless of the time of day.
