If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would. This company has explained to me why my plumbing has failed from the day I moved in and had other companies work on the lines. In fact, explained to me how the company I hired made my issues worse. The explanations were so simple once angles and slopes were pointed out. I'm having the issues corrected. The price is 1/2 of what the original plumbers charged and messed up. These are genuine people. People who want to know you as person not just a line in the ledger.
I called My Georgia Plumber for and they were able to send a tech over to my house within about 30 minutes. Robert was awesome and didn't mind my daughter watching over his shoulder or our kitten trying to steal his tools. He explained exactly what we needed and gave us different options for how we could proceed. We really appreciated the speed with which My Georgia Plumber was able to help us and that the tech was so knowledgeable and kind. We will definitely be using them for all our plumbing needs.
I was Very Impressed by the responsiveness of Mike D and his team. I had a main pipe break and they arrived promptly to assess and repair on a weekend! Mike also added a lever to my main water on/off to make it easier for me to use. Mike was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would have left 5 stars, but the plumber that was sent out to install my new water heater, Santos, apparently knew that both of my fire alarms fell off the wall when he was putting in the new water heater. He didn't tell me this, and just placed them in a box near the living room. I didn't notice them until this morning. As I am handicapped, and too short to reach the nail, I will have to ask a neighbor to put them back up for me. This is the kind of little thing that ruins a really good experience for me.
