I was able to get a nom-emergent appointment scheduled quickly when I called. I got a reminder text for my appointment, a text when the technician was enroute to me and a text telling me who my technician was as well as a short bio on him and his experience. Chris was wonderful! He listened to me, checked out the issues and then very patiently and thoroughly told me what the problems were, what he needed to do to fix them, & what the cost would be before he went any further.
