I was referred to Dr. Edelstein's practice by my dentist for a gum graft surgery. While I can honestly say the procedure was not something I enjoyed, Dr. Edelstein and his staff made it easier and more painless than I ever thought possible. He was willing to stop to re-administer novocaine whenever I needed it, and gave me a "break" during the procedure. I got a gum graft here not even 24 hours ago and it was actually pleasant. The procedure was a little uncomfortable because they needed to numb me with the novocaine, but other than that, painless and easy. The recovery is great. I took a few extra strength tylenol yesterday (day of surgery) and it literally took all of the discomfort away. There wasnt much to begin with though, which was great. I can eat normally, just can't bite into anything like an apple or sandwich. Amazing experience here!
I've been told by numerous people that gum grafting was so painful, they regretted having it done. While I won't lie and say this is a pleasant procedure, I WILL say that this was the second time I've needed it and both times were VERY manageable, pain wise. The staff was super at attending to my needs, making sure I was comfortable, and also prepping me before hand. I'm glad I chose the #1 periodontist in town to help me with my gum issues.

Been long time client..... As long as Dr Edelstein doors are open. I will be a forever client. I always recommend his practice. I am always educated when I come for my visits. Any new information in dentistry that is important I am educated on. So important! The best in Atlanta! And the best staff! Never seen a staff as efficient and professional as this office. 5 star rating!!!!!
Regarding item 13, I just dont recall. It was in a lot of pain.
Dr. E is a total pro. He is highly skilled and my recovery was seamless. Will definitely use him again.
