Stellar service and care. Communication excellent. Compassionate.
The staff is compassionate,competent from the reception area to the clinical staff. The treatment plan addresses my goals of the best restorative dental care. Questions are encouraged and then thoroughly addressed. Patient education is superb.
I was afraid it would be scary and painful to have a procedure done by a periodontist but my experience with Dr. Edelstein and his staff was very positive. The office was calm and peaceful, the staff was caring and competent. Dr. Edelstein spent ample time with me, listened to my questions and concerns and gave thorough explanations. I highly recommend Dr. Edelstein and his staff.
Dr. Edelstein and his team have cared for my teeth and gums over the last ten years with great attention and personal interest in me as a patient and as a person. I highly recommend visiting them to see how well they can care for any need you have.
Dr. E did a great job. I had some pain yesterday but none today. I didn't understand the procedure exactly before yesterday (thought I did) so was a bit surprised but all in all, it went well. I do wish I had the prescriptions ahead of time so I didn't have to wait at CVS to get my pain med. The local wore off pretty fast.
I am a return "customer." Obviously, I wish that I did not have another condition which required me to be a returnee; but since I did have another problem, and since I was very satisfied with the original outcome, there was no question that I would have Dr. Edelstein once again do the needed work.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Edelstein and his staff! I have been a patient for a long time and have always had a pleasant experience at every appointment! Even the ones requiring more that just a cleaning! This is an office full of knowledgeable and nice professionals!
