ive been going here with my kids since 2014. Never had an issue, I always communicated when things came up. My services were ended after an emergency. I have a child with special needs and sadly you guys don't take those things into consideration. I had to get mad before you would give me recommendations to a new provider. nearly 10 years and the way I was treated was so disrespectful! RecommendedI have been taking my kids here ever since they were born. Apparently the only way you set up appointments is over texting and not over the phone. Long story short my kids had 2 appointments they missed and then I cancelled an appointment. I then received a letter in the mail saying it's under the best interest if I take my kids to a different dentist now because of there "" 2 Missed Appointment policy"".I have never heard such a thing before from any Medical, dentist, or or Healthcare facility.
