My son has gone to My Pediatric Dentist for approximately 8 years. Dr. Ryan was beyond fantastic. However, two bad experiences overshadow the good. Quality of care and experience is a vital element of care--and begins from the moment one enters the door and lasts until they walk back out. yep im pregnant and lost my last baby last oct because i had severe asthma attack wearing a mask and this office tryed forcing me to wear one over my nose wouldnt even allow me in there with my kids been calling me past few days and harrassing me saying I HAD the problem last time not wanting to wear a mask. no i cant wear it over my nose because i have severe asthma and being pregnant and it was 102° last time i already felt awful and they were so rude. then today the dr comes out and tells me since we dont agree on flourid... read more
They have lost my business for good! They saw 2 children in my care for cleanings and that went fine, we don’t wear masks for several reasons but the main one is our core religious beliefs, they saw my kiddos no problem without masks but when we returned 2 weeks later to get the cavity filled they were extremely rude, refused to see him, wanting to treat us like we were diseased and have us come over lunch when no one else would be there. Called to make an appointment and was told that we've missed too many appointments. Didn't get a letter or a phone call even letting me know. Puts me in a horrible predicament because I have to have something for kindergarten.
