Very pleased with numerous jobs done. Sewer line under house was leaking, Sean and Matt brought everything up to code, replaced insides of 3 toilet tanks, but our favorite is the device they installed to get our hot water much faster. Felt guilty and annoyed with the wasted water while waiting for it. Company called back immediately when we called for an appt. and showed up promptly. Sean was more than helpful with his knowledge and explanations of all the procedures.
Had my tankless water heater replaced Sean and Tim were very professional and did a wonderful job. Also the office staff are very pleasant to speak with. I give them a “10”. Included before and after pics. What a difference.

Came home from hospital to find water spraying from foundation. Called My Guy in a cold call. We used My Guy Plumbing today to assist with a few shower issues we were having and we are highly satisfied! Devin and his assistant, Matt, provided me with 3 different options to repair the issues and completed the work quickly and efficiently. A representative from My Guy returned my initial phone call quickly and scheduled our repair the next day (only because I was unavailable same day). I am huge on customer service & how a company treats it’s employees. @Myguy! Not only took care of us but made sure to take care of their employee as well. They did everything they could to make sure we all were accommodated and did a last minute job better then I could have ever expected.
