Came home from hospital to find water spraying from foundation. Called My Guy in a cold call. (Just moved here 2 years ago) after such a snowstorm you’d think the rate would be high due to an emergency response? No, they arrived within 45 minutes. The two gentlemen were polite and thorough. They shut the pipe down and because of their professionalism, I will DEFINITELY be hiring them again. Polite and professional is a mandate and they follow that to heart. We used My Guy Plumbing today to assist with a few shower issues we were having and we are highly satisfied! Devin and his assistant, Matt, provided me with 3 different options to repair the issues and completed the work quickly and efficiently. A representative from My Guy returned my initial phone call quickly and scheduled our repair the next day (only because I was unavailable same day). I am huge on customer service & how a company treats it’s employees. @Myguy! Not only took care of us but made sure to take care of their employee as well. They did everything they could to make sure we all were accommodated and did a last minute job better then I could have ever expected.
