RecommendedVery pleased with numerous jobs done. Sewer line under house was leaking, Sean and Matt brought everything up to code, replaced insides of 3 toilet tanks, but our favorite is the device they installed to get our hot water much faster. Felt guilty and annoyed with the wasted water while waiting for it. Company called back immediately when we called for an appt. and showed up promptly. Sean was more than helpful with his knowledge and explanations of all the procedures.

RecommendedCame home from hospital to find water spraying from foundation. Called My Guy in a cold call. (Just moved here 2 years ago) after such a snowstorm you’d think the rate would be high due to an emergency response? No, they arrived within 45 minutes. The two gentlemen were polite and thorough. They shut the pipe down and because of their professionalism, I will DEFINITELY be hiring them again. Polite and professional is a mandate and they follow that to heart. Devin and his assistant, Matt, provided me with 3 different options to repair the issues and completed the work quickly and efficiently. A representative from My Guy returned my initial phone call quickly and scheduled our repair the next day (only because I was unavailable same day). They did everything they could to make sure we all were accommodated and did a last minute job better then I could have ever expected.
