Exceptional Condo at 3rd floor, no elevator. Spacious condo. Calm, relaxing and easy access. Close to beach and stores. Great outdoor pool and inside pool, lazy river. Easy checking in/out.

We do take request for lower units if they are available when your room is scheduled to be arriving feel free to put that request in and we will try our best to honor it.

If you just let people adjust air conditioning for themselves than lock it on freezing The air cons in the rooms causes kids to freeze because it’s too cold , even for adults too. It is uncomfortable I liked the place it is spacious.

Quiet atmosphere in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Several small repairs in kitchen and living area should have been made before we arrived. Common area in condo was not as clean as it should have been. Kitchen was not stocked very well. A little extra TLC to this condo and I would give it a much better rating. The manager listened to our concerns and appreciated the opportunity to correct these concerns. Location was great. overall i give it a 7.5 everything was good just that the small pools werent as big as i expected it to be but it was go small pools the apartment complex
