nice location, but rooms were dirty and staff unhelpful. Upon arrival, we noticed there were crumbs on the beds and floor. Later my wife found cockroach carcasses (thankfully) on the floors along the trim . The sheet and blankets had stains and when we requested different ones, we were told someone would come by and change them. No one ever came… Great views of the river and golf course from our balcony. The rooms have every amenity that you could need. It was only a 4 minute drive to the beach.

Except the check in issue we enjoyed our stay. Poor room distribution, I was given wrong room key code. Ex The room is clean. The compound is beautiful.

Pleasant Shower liner was dirty. There was not enough tissue and the amount of dust in the room literally made us sick. Staff was really nice. It was a good size. And location was good.

Great! the linen on the twin beds need to be updated and not show any stains and have extra toilet paper in each restroom besides what was on the holder. The room was very clean and spacious
