disappointed there was no pillow cases on the pillows on the queen bed. it was after 5 and could not reach anyo anyone. called customer service and held for over 15 minutes and hung up. the bedspread was dirty looking and no sheets for the sofa bed. the blanket for the sofa bed was dir bed was dirty. main bath did not have toilet paper, coffee maker did not work, no little bottl bottle of dish detergent, TV in LR only played Samsung Samsung TV. Great location, quiet community I didn't like the tub drain was clogged. Password for the wifi wasn't correct, so we couldn't watch anything on TV, we tried calling the front desk, no one was working to help us, so I called a service rep and that didn't help us at all either. .... The bathroom faucet leaked also. Location
