Pleasant I arrived on August 6, 2022 to check in. I was told that my room was not ready and I would receive a call when it was ready and I did not have an issue with that. I left the office and went to my sporting event and I received a call at 3:58 to say that my room was ready. I left my sporting event to try and get checked in before the next game start which was 6:00 . I will speak with the desk staff and show them where wed can improve for our guests and do apologize that the unit was not up to standards. I will be speaking with maintenance and house keeping to make sure we are fixing issues and getting the detail work done in each unit.
