My Senior Health Plan was amazing. My specialist was Reyna Z***** and she was so knowledgeable and helpful. She made sure I got the best plan for my needs. I had no idea what I was doing and she was so patient even calling me back to go over my choices one last time. She also sent all of the paperwork filled out and all I had to do was sign. I have recommended Senior Health Plan to my friends fr themselves and their parents. I can't recommend them highly enough. 5 stars isn't enough.
Efficient service as to timeliness, accuracy of information provided and ease of access.
When it came time to choose Medicare supplemental and Rx coverage I contacted My Senior Health Plan. I had been doing my own internet research and was inundated with information., After answering their questions they provided me with three choices by mail that included all signup information. I recently changed my supplemental coverage as they were able to find a plan that saved me $50 per month and an Rx plan $12 less per month without any reduction in coverage. Whether it’s reviewing my current plan or choosing a new Medicare Plan and especially a new RX Plan annually - he has helped me make the best choice (for my situation) every year.
