Hotel was great, staff was amazing! We had a wonderful stay, if I have anything negative to say would be that the food/drinks are expensive, but you just have to know that going in. It's in a great location so there are plenty of options for dinning and activities close by. Will definitely be going back!
Stayed for a quick getaway for my daughters 3rd birthday. As many others have stated, the rooms and indoor pool are in major need of some TLC therefore I could not give it 5 stars. The staff however make up for this with their impeccable hospitality. Cindy checked us in and made my daughters stay so special. Very pretty place. Everyone was friendly and willing to help. Didn't have a microwave but management got us one quickly.
