i would like to understand why , when I have reserved my room for weeks ahead and yet when I arrive I am told that the only King room left is an accessible one. Why can't I receive what I have make reservations for,. I did not cancel so you knew I was coming.
Easy , fast check-in . My early check-in request was granted. Staff was great !
Very noisy with kids running around. Room was to be ready at 4 and we did mot get a room until 5:15
Mostly a great stay, very nice hotel but the air conditioning in the rooms are awful. Never got below 70.
When first arriving to our room, I went into the bathroom and noticed a very large clump of someone’s hair (not mine).. which was gross. I also will say that the shower, was not the cleanest.. there were obvious spots in the shower that had mold/mildew on them. Our view from our room… well, it was the industrial-looking part of the roof. Not the greatest. The walls are thin, and we could hear other guest’s kids running and yelling through the halls early in the morning. Otherwise, it was a good stay.
Check in is at 4pm and the room was not ready at that time. Had to wait 45 minutes. Shower curtain has mold on it. Toilet seat has a crack and toilet's flush is weak. Room service came with no salt/pepper and cheesecake was too soft and at room temperature.
