Wish the spa was open but under the circumstances with COVID-19 I understand Everything was great
I like this hotel. Tremendos muy profesional amable y no digan en ayudarte. Buenas zonas para turística.
The property is in a very quiet area, it is a good place to get away and relax and recharge yourself.
Pro: it was beautiful inside, friendly staff, great location ( isolated but a 10 minute drive from any place), attempt to track flow of people in the pool area (public space) Con: found someone’s underwear behind a chest, our toilet was broken (water kept coming up every time we flushed), and the bathroom was not well cleaned as we could still see dirt in the shower. Also there was a clump of blood near the hot tub for over 2 hours and it never got cleaned up. They need to have staff check in the area more frequently.
Beautiful Hotel, immaculately clean. Love the flooring in the rooms, and space! Most excellent pillows I have ever slept on... beds super comfortable too! Social distancing on point- great way to give everyone a chance at the pool and people were respectful of times and distancing. I plan on booking here again! Excellent service at the desk ( Thank you Ty!)
