VDay Weekend While I have stayed at this hotel before and never had an issue, this past Valentine's Day weekend was not one of my better experiences here. One of the elevators broke down, leaving long lines to get upstairs. The guests made far too much noise in the hallway at all hours. The restaurant was only being used on one side and it felt like eating in a Vegas hotel lobby.
The property is renovated and the rooms are spacious, but we had an issue with the breakfast. We paid upfront for breakfast and one of the mornings we were put in a waiting list for 50min to have breakfast. Never seen in any other hotel in the world. Also the breakfast it’s very poor in variety.
My husband and I stayed at Mystic about 10 years ago and had an awesome time. This time around, we were extremely disappointed to learn that the spa was booked solid for the entire weekend. The pool and hot tub was also fully occupied with kids all weekend. The overcrowd was due to a dance competition and a gala happening at the same time. The inaccessibility to those amenities kind of dulled our experience this time around.
Very clean and the staff was exceptional!! We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Mohegan.

It was a nice place. For valentine night some music in the bar area would have been nice
Beautiful and clean place. Bed was uncomfortable and tge restaurant was way over priced.
