Working with Andrew was quite the experience. Although I did not have the opportunity to fully gain his assistance, I will say that I really enjoyed speaking with him. He was very kind and I would highly recommend him to everyone. He seemed to really care about helping me get my utilities set up and he was willing to save me the pain of doing everything on my own. Just leaving this review here for the representative Andrew! I have a big move coming up this month which requires to move to Texas. I just got a new a apartment and using this company service and getting Andrew’s help was exemplary he was very knowledgeable about everything and answered all my questions. My experience with My Utilites has been amazing. I used them for the 1st time last year. This year they reached out to me 6 weeks prior to the end of my energy plan to remind me that it was expiring and to help find me the best plan for this year. Parker was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and patient with all of my questions. Love working with this company.
