Irrigation system maintenance The sprinkler system blow-out service was excellent. The person took the time to talk to me about the process and what the effort was doing. It also gave me an opportunity to see what I needed to do to maintain the individual sprinklers. The person was polite and patient, excellent characteristics yo have when dealing with customers. Summer/winterize Have used Naiad to winterize twice now and once for a spring reactivation and service. Knowledgeable service rep who helped get the system up and running again. We had a minor isssue with not getting our bill sent and having a late charge. The company manager was willing to waive the change and for that reason we will always use Naiad! Great company

Irrigation blow out I was having problems with another company with my irrigation system. So I decided to try Naiad I signed up online, which was nice because it was quick, I got an email back the next day confirming my appointment. When they came they were very through checking that everything was good to go.

Irrigation blowout/winterization We started using Naiad 13 years ago and have never considered changing to someone else because we are very satisfied with services provided. The price is reasonable and the work has been done on time with efficiency.

Irrigation winterization Great service year after year. We always receive our e-mail reminders close to fall, schedule our winterization online (including payment), technicians arrive as scheduled and are very knowledgable of the services they perform.

Irrigation winterization. I called Naiad to winterize my irrigation system on my home. They chose the date which turned out to be the 1st call on the morning of Oct 13. It was a frosty morning and I briefly chatted with the fellow who was going to do the work. I had to head to work so I could not stick around. He said he would have to come back next week if the lines were frozen. It turned out that he did blow the lines but did a fast job as my wife explained to me. Winterized Irrigation system I have used Naiad's services for years. Their scheduling system is very efficient and flexible. Clients can book appointments well in a advance and never have to worry about it after. Naiad will notify you a few days ahead to remind you to shut off the water and you don't have to be home when the service is performed. Choose Naiad for reliable service.
