Sprinkler system and general maintenance I used Naiad to install my sprinklers system. They did a great job, on time on budget and they sold me on the timer upgrade. I love the timer linked to the app, I control the panel from anywhere, reduce my water consumption. Naiad’s team is great to deal with, I highly recommend them.

Great service every year Each year I have Naiad winterize and set up my irrigation system. I always book in advance so there’s no stress. I love their automatic reminders that are emailed, so I never have to think about it.

Spring startup and maintenance I really appreciated the text letting me know that Chris was on his way, and also the photo, for identification. Upon arrival, Chris asked if i had any concerns, went over the entire system, adjusting heads for accuracy, and checking for any repairs. He was very professional, polite and did a great job. I would recommend Naiad for all your irrigation needs.

Fast, effective and right what was needed I had reached out to Naiad early in the morning on their website (6 am) They responded back quickly and arranged to have the sprinkler lines blown out. I was impressed how quickly they were able to complete the work, the communicated well, from initial service to followup once service was completed. GREAT JOB NAIAD

WINTERIZATION I am a first time customer of Naiad Irrigation Systems for winterizing my irrigation system. I used their online service (easy & fast) . Their communication back to me was excellent including to advise me that there would be a delay in winterizing of my system due to the cold snap. The follow up was as promised. They understand customer service extremely well - I highly recommend Naiad.

Great Service I have had a system for the past 13 years and have it regularly winterized. My service is always done reliably on time as expected and instructions for the home owner are very clear . I had a sprinkler head that wasn't spraying as it was supposed to and in the Spring it was fixed with no issues.

Excellent Service! We are new to the area and needed to find someone to winterize our irrigation system. (We have had some awful service from the company that apparently installed it). Naiad was very easy to deal with for a booking, and was able to complete our winterization quickly and efficiently, with no hassles at all.
